Safeguard’s Response to the Coronavirus
The Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic is a dominant topic in the news and in each of our workplaces. Safeguard wants to provide you with up-to-date communications on how we are ensuring our ability to meet your needs during this challenging time and beyond. As necessary, we will provide additional updates to this page.
Business as usual
Our printing and distribution plants are located across the country. As a result, we have contingencies in place to maintain our ability to meet your needs.

We are committed to serving you throughout times of uncertainty. We’ve put together our COVID-19 Recovery Center to help guide you during this time.
Maintaining relationships
We have relationships with suppliers across the globe to ensure we can meet deadlines on current and new projects.
Flexible call centers
With call center locations in various states, we can shift work from one location to another as changes arise. In addition, your Safeguard advisor is ready to help.
Staying at home
Above all, the health of our employees is critical. Therefore, where appropriate, our employees are working from home to minimize social contact.
Travel ban
International travel has been stopped and only business-critical travel within North America is permitted.

Shipping Update
To avoid delays, please ship your purchases to an address where delivery confirmation can be obtained with a valid signature, instead of using a business address that might be subject to a temporary closure. Please do not hesitate to contact your Safeguard advisor if you have questions about your order status.
Access Account Information
In addition to reaching out to your Safeguard advisor, you can access important account information by registering for an online account. An online account allows you to:
- Enroll in electronic billing (eBilling)
- Pay invoices online
- Check order status and history
- Send reorder requests to your advisor
- Track UPS shipment orders
- Print invoices and check account balance
